Payment Problems
If there is a problem collecting payment from your chosen payment method after an order confirmation, we are under no obligation to dispatch your order.

Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged during transit, please reject the parcel upon collection or sign for it as "damaged".
To process a claim and send a replacement, we require photographic evidence of the damaged product(s). If no proof of damage can be provided and the courier has no record, your claim will be rejected and no replacement sent.
Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If you exceed 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. If products have already dispatched, you can return the unopened items within 7 days for a full refund.
Deliveries
All UK orders received before 2pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by courier and will generally arrive within 48-72 hours from the date you placed your order. This excludes orders placed over the weekend – these orders will be dispatched first thing Monday.
If for any reason, there is a delay with your order or we are unable to supply the goods you will be contacted straight away.
If for any reason your order has a missing or damaged item. You will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods.

To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to our website, goods, and services. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products or contract cancellations.
DUAL Ltd shall not be liable in contract or tort for economic loss, loss of goodwill, or special/indirect losses arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
